Savi Day Spa with my Loves!

Me and Diana have never done anything like this before so of course, we were nervous and excited at the same time. I was probably freaking out the most because I don't usually like people I don't know touching me, unless you're Jimmy Fallon or Conan's O' Brien(Yes, I have a HUGE thing for funny men!!!)

Anyways, Anna gets a massage once a week, so she knew the 411. She was shocked to see I had FULL-ON makeup. She told me my face will become a hot mess at the end of the session (luckily, my whole face was still intact and no smudges either! YES!!) The next challenge (for me anyway) was to get BOOTY-A** naked and then put on the robe.
SIDE STORY: For me, having nothing but a robe on in front of a stranger is a BIG DEAL. I once cried so hard when I just hopped out of the shower naked and boyfriend left the bedroom door open and a friend walked by. I don't know if he saw anything, but regardless of that, I was still VERY embarrassed. Yeah, yeah, I was a former GO-GO dancer, BUT go-go's don't dance naked. I always layered up, I even wore much more than I would to the beach. I'm not the type to take ANY chances for a "wardrobe malfunction" happening. In fact, I NEVER EVER wear a dress unless I have some type of shorts or spankies underneath. <-- Additional reason to that being that I want to be ready if sh*t goes down while I'm out and about. I'm not a fighter and I'm good at avoiding drama, but I'll always be ready to throw down for my loved ones. ALWAYS.

SO back to what I was originally blogging about.. We all stripped down to our birthday suit underneath the comfy robes and waited for our masseuses to take us in. And wouldn’t you know it, the other two girls got females and I got the male. My instant reaction: AWKWARD! The girls knew me well enough to assume I would be freaking out. =0) Hahaha. Well, surprisingly, it was the complete opposite! My masseuse’s name was Jason and he was amazing! I have so many knots in my back and needed someone really aggressive. I guess he teaches massage therapy Monday- Fridays and only works at Savi on Saturdays. He made me feel very comfortable and was VERY professional about everything. I’ve never felt sooo relaxed before.

We had purchased a Living Social deal where we get $100 worth of a massage for $50. I can easily say it was worth $50, but I don’t believe ANY massage is worth $100. I’ll definitely be going back, but ONLY when they have specials. I would never pay full price for his place, even though it was as good as it was.

Damn.. Talking about it makes me want another one. Hmm, going to have to ask my boyfriend now! But I think I should give him one first, he’s the one that sent me on the spa day in first place and he’s been working extra hard lately. He definitely deserves one. :0) Perhaps with a happy ending.. if you catch my drift.. HEHEHEHE!!

After our massages, we were finally feeling relaxed and I was starvin' Marvin! We hit up The Harmon Hub just a few blocks over. We made it for their happy hour. I really like this spot, it's cozy and very decent prices. I shall return!
Anyways.. Laters!

i heart shoes!

Lately, I’ve been obsessed with 3 things: mascara, lipsticks, and shoes. This specific post will be on:

Shoes (Every girl is addicted to shoes, even if we never wear the pairs we buy.)

What girl DOESN’T love shoes, right? Whether it be stilettos, sneakers, wedges, or boots, SHOES are something we can never get enough of! :0) I have some personal favorites are the Steve Madden’s. I only own two different pairs right now, but I promise, my collection will soon be growing!

My newest MUST-HAVE’s from his collections are:

KARMENAF $129.95 (in WHITE FABRIC) -  OHEMJEE! Just look at how cute they are! I’ve been really into the floral print lately and these would be the PERFECT addition to WOO’S-SHOES family! You can really wear them with ANYTHING. Wear them dressed up or casually down. Either way, I guarantee you’ll be getting non-stop compliments. AHHH, I want them sooo bad, it’s good!
PARTYY-R $129.95 (in FUSCH STN) – I’m not a huge fan of satin shoes, but only because they can get dirty and damaged easily, but if I had these bad boys, I’d keep them locked up and only let them play on special occasions. I love how vibrant the pink color is! But what really did it for me is the rhinestone heels. What more can a girl ask for? You got your diamonds on EXTRA high heels in a bright Barbie pink color. Mr. Madden, you’ve scored big time! You’ve put the SEX in SEXY! This is definitely WINNING! =0)
I’m not the type of girl to buy shoes over $100. I’m a bargain shopper, so I usually wait until prices drop to a reasonable number. So if anyone reading this wants me to love them foreverrrrrrr, you know what to do! *BIG HUMONGOUS SMILE*
So, while we are on the subject of SHOES, let me share with you some pictures I found online (these are NOT my photos) of the cutest Hello Kitty sneakers I have laid my eyes on! I would totally rock these with no hesitation! I know these editions are old, but who cares? I still feel like sharing.
These last sneakers are TOOO cute! From what I read, the Hello Kitty was photo shopped onto these AF1's from this Meliza girl and she did an amazing job! I wish they really did make these!

Who's bites off an ear?!

There's something I've been meaning to blog about since I found out a few days ago. I have a friend, let's call him "Mac" for privacy purposes. He is the son of one of my mom's best friends. He's really a terrific guy in his earlier 20's and very protective of his friends and family. I consider him and his mom like family. They were there and helped me a lot through the times when I was sick and needed to be constantly taken to the hospital.

SOOO- This is what happened, in this order

1. Mac and his friends have a good night and finally leave the bar.
2. RandomDUDE#1 grabs one of the homegirl's ass.
3. Mac pulls RandomDUDE#1 away and ask him WTF he's doing.
4. RandomDUDE#1's psychotic friend creeps up behind Mac and literally bites half his ear off.
5. There is a piece of ear onside the bar.
6. Someone gets arrested and looking at felony charges.

WHAT THE F*CK, right?! --> Click Here for the pic, if you don't want to see, then don't click it.

FIRST OFF, I could see HOW an incident like that might have happened in the midst of a big brawl or even a one-on-one FIGHT, but that's not the case. The dude took out his ear BEFORE a fight even happened! Please, someone tell me, what kind of shit it that?!

And SECONDLY, who in their right mind thinks to even do something like that?! The dude is absolutely pyschotic! What blows my mind is that he had INTENDED to bite his ear off, it definitely wasn't a spur of the moment thing with this nut. This is just crazy. I'm a nice person and never wish harm upon anyone, but I REALLY hope this guy loses both his legs in a painful accident. If I was RandomDUDE#1, I would NOT want to keep a psycho like this guy around as a friend and I'd be embarassed/ ashamed that I was even involved with what happened.

The next thing that REALLY f*cking pissed me off is Mac's so-called "facebook friends", He had posted the picture of his ear up on FB (which I didn't even get to see until he had asked me if I had seen it!). He had about 45 comments and I decided to see what people said about it. OH MY F*CKING GOD.. I was getting SOOO heated.

Everyone was either making a stupid joke or EWW-ing him. Once, again, WTF?! What kind of "friends" are these?!?! How would they f*cking like it if they lost a limb and that's all the kinds of comments their own friends were leaving? I saw maybe one or two, actually being concerned and supportive. I GUESS THOSE F*CKERS don't fully understand the situation.

1. Do you NOT understand how hard it will be for him to find a good professional job now?
2. Do you NOT understand all the physical pain he has and will go through?
3. Do you NOT understand all the emotional pain he and his family is going through, especially on his mom?

Ugh. Some people need to grow the F*CK up. Think about the bigger picture, not the 3-seconds you feel disgusted.

Anyways, just needed to vent. Thanks.

Mini E.L.F Haul x Pinky Look

I cannot get enough of Tarjay(Target)! It's my absolute favorite go-to store for just about everything. The only thing I cannot seem to find in ANY store (so I'm guessing they aren't sold here in the states???) is Maybelline's LONG EXTREME Lash Stilletto mascara. Saw a post about it on Xiaxue's blogspot and it worked wonders!! -_- Foreigners are always getting the best stuff! Grrr.. Anyways, this post isn't about that, so I'll shut up my whining for another time. Like I said, visitied Tarjay and of course I must ALWAYS stop by the cosmetics section, at least to take a peek if they have any new goodies. I've seen the ELF corner a few times, but my method of thinking was if something is too good to be true, it probably is. Everything was basically from $1.00 to $3.00 at most!! I've read reviews on how well these products work and come on, for a dollar, why not at least try 'em out, right? They had everything from eye shadows, to moisturizers, and even brushes! The brushes are what really drew me in. Makeup brushes are just way too expensive nowadays! I don't need fancy shmancy brushes, just ones that work! And I am proud to say I've found my new go-to makeup brushes for only $3 compared to the usual $10- $25 brushes everywhere else.
For this look, I used:
  • Punk Funk palette - ($1.00) Surprisingly, for a one dollar palette, these shadows come out very vibrant and actually stays on (as long as you have some type of primer/base underneath). The pink in this palette can come out pretty bright and a little goes a long way! The blue&purple is perfect to give yourself a smokey-eye effect. I like color in my "smokey-eye", black shadow are for those days when I feelin' kinda emo/goth. :0) Hehehe..
  • Pink Passion blush -($3.00) I LOVE THIS BLUSH!!! I will admit, not exactly the best quality. I really have to dig my brush in there a few times to get my cheeks to the shade of pink that I want. But even so, I love how subtle yet noticeable it is. I've been looking for a really light pink blush and I'm happy that I didn't have to spend $25 on one at the department stores. ^_^ *Pats self on pat*
  • Birthday Suit lip stain - ($1.00) I'm not one to worry too much on my lip wear. I've bought pricey lip glosses before (years ago!!!) , but never will I again (well, maybe, if it's worth it). I was never into lipstick at all and the only lipstains that actually worked for me were too bloody red for me. I'm SO HAPPY I came upon this baby! It's a baby/Barbie pink lip STAIN and it actually works!!! The more you apply, the lighter my lips get (I have naturally really rosy lips, so it's hard to achieve a lighter look). In these pictures, I decided not to use the gloss side, I like the matte look. :)
  • ELF Eye Brightening blackliner -  ($1.00) This comes out darker than most of the pencil eyeliners I've used, but doesn't glide as smoothly on my lid. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 stars.
  • Maybelline Ultimate Length Lash Stiletto mascara -  ($6.97) I had to settle for this since it has been impossible to find the LONG EXTREME! ): It still works great though! I'm hoping this IS the same product with a different name. But I love how voluminous and long my lashes are after just a few coats! Why pay high department/ designer prices when you can go to your local drugstore and pick up something that works even better for under $10!
  • Maybelline Stiletto Liquid liner - ($5.99 Buy one, get one) Medium sized brush tip, just wish they had this in waterproof. :T
  • Falsiesfrom Daiso - ($1.50 pair) Works PERFECT for asian eyes, great prices, & tons of different styles to choose from. :0) I love me this little Japanese dollar store. (Located at The Commons in Federal Way, WA)

Guns & Osama Bin Laden

Bull's Eye Indoor Range LLC  --- Well, I certainly had an interesting Sunday! It's not everyday I get to shoot some REAL guns at a paper target man covering his man-gina (definitely can see why this is the #1 pick for the ladies :D!)

PMao:  You wanna shoot Obama? (Points at potential target poster)
Me:  (Squinting at the poster) You mean Osama?!

It's unfortunate that the man running our country's name is so close to the name of the man that brought upon the devastion. And this stupid iphone autocorrect doesn't help either! :X (But at least my phone mishap isn't nearly as bad as what happened to this guy below!)
It would have been so perfect if we had actually chosen the Bin Laden poster to shoot at since only a few hours after our return did they announce on TV that he had finally been killed.

I'm glad that the man responsible for starting this war & havoc can finally do no more, but I also find it incredibly disturbing that people everywhere were sooo happy, celebrating, & partying it up because of someone's death. Yes, he's dead. But that doesn't necessarily mean his reign of terror is completely over. That doesn't mean our troops will be send back right away. And it necessarily mean the economy is all of a sudden going to shoot back up. I'm NOT saying that I DO know what this means. All I'm saying is I'm certain there's still TOO much we don't know, & it's definitely not the time to pop bottles yet.

Anyways--!!! Damn, I can't even remember what names of the guns were that I had the privilege of trying out.

Gun#1 - Didn't know what to expect. Wasn't too bad.
Gun#2 - Louder than the first. The impact made me feel like I got punched in the nose!
Gun#3 - Louder AND heavier than the first two. It shook my whole body & made my arms sore.
Overall, it was an amazing out-of-the-norm day for me thanks to the boys! Now I will be prepared for when the zombies attack!! Wahoooo!!! xD
