Today was a fun and productive day! Well, minus our parking lot pimping moments (see above). Thank goodness I had the day off. For the first time in a longgg time, I actually bought myself something that was over $50. Haha, I'm not a big spender. Babe knows I don't go shopping because I'd rather spend the money on things we absolutely NEED. I had some extra spending money (thanks, mom!) and typically I would just keep saving that for a rainy day, but I decided to treat myself today. :) I've been wanting these FOREVER. You have no idea! The Toms were a recently put on my wishlist probably about a month or two ago, but I've been YEARNINGGG for these Steve Madden glitter pumps por-eberr! And thanks to my sis, I was able to purchase both for under $100!!! I've had a big smile all day thinking about them.. :0) Yessss. But I still can't shake the feeling/ thought of how the money could have been used for more important things.. Blah, come on, Jenny, you need to splurge every once in a while! Right??

The rest of the day was just as fabulous! Finally after an hour of trying to figure our where to eat, driving around looking for spots, we stumbled across a cute little ramen shop in Federal Way! I've always eaten ramen from the package and never been to an authetic shop! I love "I Love Ramen"!

The restaurant itself had such a sweet and comfortable environment. Our waitress was soo cute and VERY sweet! I wish we could have tipped her more. I can't remember what the others ordered, but I had the "Asari Ramen", filled with clams, bean sprouts, and spinach. Oh man, it was soooo good. It definitely hit the spot after a long day of shopping & driving. I'm definitely going back there soon! mm..

We ended the night with the kids trying on my heels (LOL! So funny & absolutely darling!), chit chatting with my girl about our upcoming Spa Day, and now Tumblr. Awwww.. There is just not enough time in a day! ):

Hmmm.. Now, what shall my plans be for tomorrow...?

too much HK?

What’s in my Purse? —- Dang. I’m 24 yrs. old & my purse is filled with Hello Kitty randoms! HK hand sanitizer, HK dental floss, HK key chain, & HK clutch. Hmmmm.. :) But at least these are all necessary items! So what if there’s a giant cat’s head on them?

xD I don’t care how old I get I will ALWAYS love her! But it gets a little awkward whenever I’m in public and strangers see all the HK stuff I’m carrying. They must think I’m a weirdo cat-lady. ):
BTW— I’m not lame enough to buy these things for myself.. HAHAHA, every one of these items were gifts to me!! Thank you, Lisa/ Mindy/ & babe!!<3

"With every pair you purchase, TOMS will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need. One for One."
There are so many reason to shop TOMS, the main one being that all your purchases are going towards a wonderful cause. So anytime you buy a pair of TOMS, you can feel better about yourself knowing that you've helped in giving a child something they desperately need. AND-- Come on, look at 'em! They are incredibly stylish on top of that! I'm definitely getting a pair of the bridal style TOMS when I get married. Weddings are stressful enough, I want to be comfortable for the biggest day of my life! These are my picks. (:

"Why don't you guys just LIVE on the mountain!?"

Everyone always tells me that we spend too much time at the mountains. I say we don't spend ENOUGH time there! Today was THEEE perfect day! It was veryyy nippy, but the sun was shining and the snow was so powdery! I love days like this. You can see EVERYTHING & it is so amazingly beautiful. It's definitely the perfect spot to clear your head when you need some "me" time, too bad I'll never go snowboarding by myself though! Hehee.. <3

[[Sushi Town in Bonney Lake, Washington]] We couldn't have ended the day more perfect! We haven't had sushi in forever and we went to my favorite spot (Babe introduced me to this genius place when we first started dating). We made it to the happy hour, so OF COURSE, we ordered much more than we can eat! We need to take some home and share with the rest of the family! mm.. mmm.. good!
