my makeup artist, my best friend.

I started wearing makeup at 13. It's so crazy when I look back at old pictures and how different I looked then and now. I've learned a lot over the years. Most things I figured out on my own and some from one of my besticles, Cristina Cee. She's been doing people's makeup for different events since she was in high school. I think she definitely deserves some recognition. She does amazing work! :) I love her. Visit her MM click Cristina Cee. I love that she's not just being "safe" and she's pushing at all these different looks. Being her guinea pig is the best! I learn something new and capture some interesting photos.  :D She actual inspired me to try new things and take a risk! LOL. Don't be afraid to be bold with colors.So many colors that you wouldn't think, really does go good together. She's a talented artist, not just on face, but even on canvas! I am proud of her and wish her the best of luck. *HUGSSSS, CEE!*  I don't think makeup "makes" anyone beautiful. I think everyone is already beautiful, but like I said, we are our own worst critics. Sometimes some makeup boosts up our confidence a bit. I think we all need a little bit of that. Some people push it to the limit and there are people that like to keep it simple. I like it many different ways, which I named! There's: my "club/going out" look, "close to natural (mascara + brow+ blush)" look, and there's the "professional-day at the office" look. Haha, I need to try more things like these pictures!! ^_^ Well, when I have time. Me and Cee should be scheduling another makeup session soon! HURRRAAAYY! x) I love you, mamas!

last weekend.

Friday [052810]
We celebrated Michael's 26th birthday at Copper Cart in Seattle. What a crazy night! Before all the festivities everyone plated a two-player game of beer pong. Me and Sam were against two boys. Proud to say they LOST! They didn't even make ONE cup during the whole game! Woohoo!! Girls RULE and boys DROOL! Later,  we took a party bus (which was about 30 min. late!) and we were all pretty crammed in there. I don't normally drink, so as much as I did that night, I was DERRR-RUNK! Thank god I didn't feel sick, like I typically do (hence the reason I don't drink). It was my first time at Copper Cart. I stopped going clubbing over a year ago, so it was interesting. I felt like I was having a social anxiety attack! Man, I really do need to go out more again. ): But all in all it was a blast! The night ended unexpectedly because they kicked Michael out around 1:30am, telling him he was too drunk. But the funny thing was, he was COMPLETELY fine! He was 100% coherent. Retarded fuckers. Hmph. Oh well, the night was ending anyways. Everyone had themselves one of those cream-cheese hot dogs for $5 and back to Tacoma we went! But one more stop at the waterfront for a group picture. I had to pee like a muthaaaaa-- I had to "pop a squat" at the movie theater where everyone parked their cars. Yeah.. I think I peed for like a full minute straight. -____-;;

Saturday [052910]
What a terrible day! Around 7pm, I get a call from my sister, crying! She had gotten into a VERYYY bad car accident on HWY-18 (a very NARROW hwy, I might add). The other car was flipped over, the barrier was breaking down, her whole front of her Honda was smashed in, 7 police cars, a firetruck, and bumper-to-bumper traffic on BOTH East and West highways! The scene was absolutely nuts! Fortunately, NO ONE got injured. Looking at the accident, you would THINK that someone was killed or at least veryyy hurt, but THANK GOD, everyone was ok. I am also so thankful that everyone (the elderly couple that had their car hit and flipped, the police, random bystanders) were so nice and supportive. It goes to show there are amazingly understandable people out there. I thank GOD for the safety of everyone and everyone else for being so nice to my sister. She was so crushed! She is a great driver, it's just one of those times when something happens and no one can help it. I love you, Mindy. I am so happy you are okay. I love all my sisters! ^____^ I don't know what I'd do without you guys.

Sunday [053010]
I had such a nice, relaxing day.. Took Pebbles and went to Sunnyside Beach with Cristina and "read". HAHA! The sun was shining, the wind was blowing, and we were in such chill mode. A day like that was definitely needed! It was nice to get away and not stress and over think about everything. Just us, the water, and the sun.. (sighhhh). :)
