pure max pink circle lens

I've been meaning to post an update on the lenses that have finally arrived, but been busy. :0) So here it is! I was superrrr excited when I saw the package sitting on the dresser. It's so cute! It even came with a little halloween gift! The little animal cases are just absolutely darling!

I really do love the pink, come on now, PINK! What girl doesn't love pink!? I like the gradient effect the lenses have on my eyes. The pink isn't TOO out there (but you can see it clearly with camera flashes, however). I think it's about time for a color closer to my natural eyes though. As cute as COLOR lenses are, they do start looking tacky when you wear them too much. My eyes are so small, so I like circle lenses to make 'em look bigger.

I love circle lenses. There's been hype about it being bad for your eyes.. I think there's always a risk with anything that touches your eyes. You really should thoroughly do your research before you decide to purchase them.

You should know:

- These lenses are 14.5mm, bigger than your typical contacts (personally, my eyes can fit them, but some people's eyes might be even smaller, so ask your doctor).

- They can last up to one year if you take excellent care of them.

- Don't wear them for a long period of time, I only wear mine for 5 hours MAX. When they start feeling dry, you really should take them out rather than just constantly putting in eye drops.

- There are so many different online circle lens stores (U.S isn't allowed to sell them, they are not FDA approved here). Do the research for your perfect pair within a great price range.

tutto bella italiano catering

My wonderful friend, Cara, had invited a bunch of us to a lovely evening of great company and delicious homemade cooking! It was a taste testing party for her catering company "Tutto Bella Italiano Catering" (<~Click to go to their website!). I'm a fan of food. No, let's try that again, I AM A FANATIC when it comes to food! My motto is (for food that is) "Try everything at least once!". I have a bad tendency to eat until I can't breathe. Bad habit. I'm working on that because I usually end up paying for it later (totally butt-hugging the toilet).

I've said this a million times before and I will say it again, the food was superb! :0) I wrote up a little review of it on yelp.com. Here's how it went:

Where do I even start?

!. The food is AHH-MAY-ZINGGG! Especially the cocktail meatballs, those are my absolute favorite. I've tried things I've never tried before and fell in love.

2. The family behind the cooking is just as amazing as the food. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. They make you feel like you are apart of another big happy family.

3. This company ALSO has doggy goodies! These aren't  just people that think "Hey, let's ad a menu for dogs just so we can get more diversity out there", this family LOVES all animals and believes our best friends at home deserve something yummy too.

4. Everything is of course made from scratch, so you really get the feel and taste of that homemade goodness.

Please give Tutto Bella a try and taste for yourself. I'm sure you'll be coming back for more. I know I certainly will! :)

Feast your eyes out! Mwahaha...

Antipasto: italian pepperoni cheese puffs, artichoke pesto bruschetta, cocktail meatballs, artichoke spinach dip w/ fresh flat bread, roma tomatoes basil & garlic bruschetta.
