Our Official 2-Year Anniversary!

Wow! I cannot believe it's ONLY been 2 years! I'm always telling him how it feels like we've been together for 50 years already.. Hahaha, but I totally mean that in a good way! We just know wayyy too much about each other, which can be a good or bad thing at times. But nonetheless, I am so blessed to be with such an amazing person. I was NEVER a marriage or "having kids" type of girl.. UNTIL I MET HIM. It's crazy how your whole view on life can change because of one person.

We took things VERYYY slow in the beginning, but when things started moving along, it moved REALLY fast! :D It's out little joke because when I say slow, I mean SLOWWW. It took us 6 months to officially the "I love you" words! YES, six months!!! We've both felt it from the very beginning, but we definitely were taking things slow.

Honestly though, it's really not about the speed or length of a relationship. I've never been so sure about anyone my whole life. I trust him with every bone and muscle in my body. Sometimes, you just KNOW things kinds of things about a person. I love that I can give him my whole heart and know it won't be returned broken. People that don't know us can think we are naive or whatnot, but like I said, you don't know us. You haven't been through what we've been through alone OR together.

Our official anniversary is today (11/22), but we also did an early celebration on Sunday. He took me to happy hour at Stanley & Seaforts. I'm glad we did HH, because this place is too fancy and expensive for my taste. The cheapest steak is around $50! Jeez! But I hear it literally melts in your mouth. But luckily, steak or red meat in general haven't really been in my cravings list lately. I typically just crazy hot wings and soft pretzels!
They were so sweet and put this on our table before our food arrived!

I wasn't expecting anything. He's already done so much for me, but he surprises me once again, with REAL diamond earrings! I've never owned real diamonds before. It's making me nervous about wearing them for fear of losing them! I definitely need to get some screw backings for these babies. They sparkle so nicely on my ears too!
Now.. Onto the food!
The most delicious bread to nibble on!

The bread was nice and soft, the crab artichoke dip was amazing, but the prawns and tenderloins were okay. Babe loved them, but they didn't impress me THAT much.

I love hot wings!!! Yes, I don't care how fancy the place is, if you serve wings, best believe I will devour them, lick my fingers, and pay my belly like a fat man afterwards! :)

TODAY (11/22) is our actual anniversary! We picked up my sister from the airport (she came back from visiting our OTHER sister in San Francisco) and headed to grandma's for her pre-birthday lunch! Before picking her up, we stopped by Starbucks and I saw that they are serving holiday desserts! :D Of course we have to try!
Mmm.. Peppermint brownie and peppermint cake pop. YUM!

And then at Grandma's, we had...
I didn't get to take pictures of a few other things we had, but oh well. These were the best parts! Chicken, ribs, and fish.. Protein heaven!

My sister, my lovely little grandma, & I!

Overall, it was a GREATTTTT couple days of celebrating and spending time with family. Hope everyone else had a fabulous weekend! And hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!!! If you're planning on going shopping for Black Friday.. GOOD LUCK!!! LOL.
